The aim is to ground students in biblical truth, helping them build a stable, growing relationship with God that lasts.
4 -Leadership Formation
Leadership Formation equips believers with essential spiritual disciplines and foundational truths for Christian leadership. Covering topics like grace, prayer, faith, the Word, and the Holy Spirit, this phase prepares students to lead from a place of intimacy with God, spiritual maturity, and a solid biblical foundation for ministry and service.
5 - Leadership Commissioning
Leadership Commissioning prepares believers to lead small groups and disciple others effectively. Lessons focus on vision, cell group structure, practical strategies, and problem-solving. This phase builds confidence, communication skills, and spiritual wisdom—empowering leaders to grow, multiply, and guide others with intentionality, grace, and Spirit-led strategy in real ministry settings.

Camp Encounter is a powerful retreat experience where believers step away from daily distractions to meet with God in a deeper way. Through focused teaching and personal ministry, we walk participants through healing from rejection, embracing forgiveness, receiving the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and experiencing true deliverance.
